Paragliding in Pasamayo
Paragliding in Pasamayo. This flight zones is magical and unique in the world to fly paragliding. Due to the 400 meter altitude of the dune and its location facing the sea, the view is incredible. The slopes of Pasamayo are located 50 kilometers north of Lima.
On the flight, the sea breeze rises up the slopes. In the tandem flight you fly as a passenger, accompanied by an instructor. This flight lasts approximately 10 minutes, takes off from 400 meters high and can reach heights of between 600 and 800 meters above the surface and travel several kilometers.
While the service includes an HD video filmed with a Gopro camera, you can take your camera or cell phone and take your own photos. Another advantage of doing the service in Pasamayo is that we do not depend on the wind, being able to fly even without wind. However, we recommend to make the flight in the months of October to March, since during the winter it is cloudy.
Depending on the direction of the wind, we take off from 2 different zones. The first is located at Km 55 of the Panamericana Norte and overlooks the Bay of Ancón. While the second takeoff is located at Km 65 and is used when the wind comes from the north. The latter has the view of Chacraymar Beach.
